Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une explication de texte à fournir sur ce que je comprends être (peut-être à tord) une orientation technique stratégique assez majeure, et les éventuelles incidences de ce choix en terme de fonctionnement communautaire et en terme de calendrier de gestion des versions de joomla.
