Probleme - index SH404 - Joomla 1.7.1 - 1and1

sur 1.7.1 avec la dernière version (payante) de sh404 sur 1and1, je n'arrive pas à trouver de solution. J'ai essayé les différentes combinaisons qui ont été proposées sur les forum, mais rien n'y fait. Ci dessous mon htaccess
