Problème SEF sur site multilingues

Bonjour à tous!
J'ai un petit problème au niveau de mes urls, des extensions ne marchent pas lorsque je les met dans un sous menu (et que j'ai Réécriture d'URL en clair (SEF) sur oui).
Je veux donc réécrire mes liens.
Première chose à faire avant d'installer une extension qui va bien c'est d'activer le rewriting si j'ai bien compris.Je met donc mon htaccess.txt en .htaccess et Réécriture au "vol" des URL sur oui.
Et bam!Une petite erreur 404:The requested URL /fr/ was not found on this server.

Alors voila le chemin d'accès de joomla sur le server /var/www/html/joomla/

ok!

Installez d'abord les extensions avant d'activer la récriture, sélectionnez les bons liens de menu, purgez votre cache joomla, ré activez la récriture

et dites quelles extensions
