Site online malgré l'option offline

Bonjour,
J'ai cherché mais je n'ai pas trouvé la réponse à cette question.
Ma configuration est la suivante : joomla 3.8.12, php 7.2.9, mysql 5.5.60 sur un serveur dédié linux centos sur plesk onyx. Je n'ai pas de composant/plugin de protection.
Mon soucis n'est que sur ce site et pas les autres qui tournent avec la même configuration. La seule différence que je vois, c'est que le template et l'installation du site proviennent du fournisseur youjoomla. Mais le problème survient aussi avec protostar.
Quand je dois modifier des paramètres dans le fichier de config, on dirait qu'il y a des problèmes de cache. Il faut valider deux fois pour que les paramètres soient pris en compte. Quand je regarde les droits par ftp, je vois que mon fichier configuration.php est en 444 et il m'est possible de modifier ces droits. Quand je lance un "fix permissions" avec admin tools core, il me remet le 644. Quand j'accède à la configuration et quand je fais un "enregistrer" il me retape un 444, mais les paramètres n'ont pas changé. Je dois refaire un "enregistrer" pour qu'il le prenne en compte une bonne fois pour toute.
Par la suite, tous les paramètres fonctionnent sauf le site offline qui reste online.

Je viens de faire le test sur un wamp server et un windows 10. Le problème est quasi le même avec l'installation de base. Il y a un genre de délai entre le fait de sélectionner la mise hors ligne et le fait qu'il l'exécute. Genre 10-20 secondes. Mais la mise hors ligne s'effectue belle et bien contrairement au site sur le serveur dédié.

C'est du aux divers caches (Joomla, hébergeur, navigateur).
Tu as peut-être le même problème avec le site en ligne. Pour vérifier essaie d'y accéder depuis un autre navigateur ou un autre PC.
