[RÉGLÉ] URL Rewriting dans un sous-dossier

Bonjour,

J'ai installer un joomla dans un sous-dossier "new" ..

Pour que le réecriture en clair fonctionne il faut que je spécifie dans mon .htaccess afin de supprimer /index.php

je pensais que c'était comme ceci : RewriteBase / new / ? (le nom danbs lequel joomla est
mais ca ne fonctionne pas... dois je modifier à un autre endroit ?

ca fonctionne comme ca: RewriteBase / new
