J!3.9.1 RGPD exportation demandée

Je viens de faire la demande d'export sur un site de test, ça m'a paru bien compliqué, mais une fois cliqué sur le bouton d'envoi par mail par l'administrateur, l'utilisateur a bien reçu le fichier complet.
Les plugins sont-ils bien activés ? Que vois-tu dans le menu "Utilisateurs->Log des actions utilisateur" ?

Je complète : quel peut être l'intérêt des liens dans le mail vers le centre de messagerie pour un message "Demande d'informations confirmée par l'utilisateur" qui en fait nécessite de rentrer dans le centre de confidentialité pour valider l'export?.. Ils ont eu une idée bizarre, les développeurs !

Bonjour, il n'y a apparemment aucun problème car la portabilité doit être interprété et lisible par "machine" et non sous l'oeil humain.

Le droit à la portabilité impose aux organismes de fournir les données personnelles concernées dans un format « structuré, couramment utilisé et lisible par machine » qui permettent leur réutilisation.

Le format le plus approprié peut ainsi différer selon les secteurs d’activité. Des formats adaptés peuvent d’ores et déjà exister et peuvent être utilisés dès lors qu’ils sont interprétables et sans restriction d’usage. Sur des jeux de données plus spécifiques, où il n’existe pas de standard de fait pour leur fourniture, les organismes peuvent fournir les données personnelles dans un format ouvert (XML, JSON, CSV, etc.), complété par toute métadonnée utile à leur interprétation, et documenté.

oui c'est vide si il n'y a aucun champ personnalisé sur le profil. C'est peut être normal, non ?

Après je ne sais pas si Jack78 espère une lecture du fichier mais la fonction était avant tout de pouvoir transferer les données vers un autre système,
le format xml est plus adapté (on aime aussi le format json mais c'est un choix de developpeur).

Si l'utilisateur demande la suppression de ses données, le processus est automatique. S'il demande l'exportation de ses données, il recevra un fichier similaire à celui ci-dessus et sera dans la plupart des cas incapable de les exploiter !

Je ne suis pas sur pc et la modération sur smartphone n'est pas aisée : Jack78 il me semble que beaucoup d'informations à caractère privé ont été mentionnées ci-dessus non ? Je pense qu'il serait utile d'éditer ton message pour en supprimer les infos privées comme adresses emails, adresses postales,....

Puisqu'il y a bien des données contrairement à ce que j'avais initialement compris, c'est bien la réponse de daneel qu'il faut prendre en compte ! il faut un afficheur de fichier XML, au minimum un navigateur, pour que les données soient lisibles.
