Salut,
déjà ces deux lignes mènent directement à ton ordi mais pas au serveur :
public $log_path = 'C:\\wamp\\www\\joomla1.7_FR/logs';
public $tmp_path = 'C:\\wamp\\www\\joomla1.7_FR/tmp';

Il faut regarder dans la console admin de ton hébergeur (à priori Infomaniak) pour récupérer les indications correctes.
