Je ne comprend toujours pas pourquoi outiref me retourne cet erreur 403, j'utilise également crawltrack est google ne remonte pas d'info d'indexation du site je pense qu'il doit tomber sur cette erreur 403.
Sur mon site je ne trouve pas cet erreur 403 si quelqu'un à une idée à me soumettre.

Je suis étonné que ton site 3.0 fonctionne malgré "SetEnv MAGIC_QUOTES 1", cette directive devant au contraire être désactivée avec cette version de Joomla!.

Quant à la référence à ogp.me, elle semble liée à Facebook.

J'ai trouvé le problème il y avait le pare feu applicatif activé dans les paramètres de mon hébergement mutualisé qui empêche certaines requête http je l'ai désactiver et je n'ai plus cet erreur 403 avec outiref.

J'ai desactiver "SetEnv MAGIC_QUOTES " et le site fonctionne correctement.

Concernant la référence à ogp.me, liée à Facebook, elle doit provenir du composant K2 mais je n en suis pas sur.
